Do you only write case studies?
Nope! I’m capable of providing the right words, however you need them! I’ve written everything from articles and webinar presentations to brochures, video scripts, and more! I even work with my network of contacts to offer full packages including graphic design, video showcases, or event support. Let’s discuss your needs.
Why work with you? Can’t AI create content?
Convincing prospects that your product is the solution they need requires research and nuance – not summaries plugged with keywords. A testimonial is a good start, but a well-written feature story connects with buyers. Editorial judgement is irreplaceable – only an understanding of the target audience and your product can ensure your campaigns resonate and move prospects through the sales funnel. That’s the difference a human makes. (for now, at least :)
Case Studies
What’s your process?
While every story is unique, I have a set process to ensure a transparent and efficient workflow. First, I’ll interview you to learn about your company and the solution we’re positioning. Then, I’ll learn about your customer’s business and how they use your product to craft a story that speaks to your target audience. Many stories can be captured virtually, but I also visit facilities to conduct in-person interviews and capture media on-site. You will receive a first draft of your story within two weeks of the interviews, with final deliverables depending on approval turnaround times from you and your featured customer.
Who conducts the interview?
This is your preference – I’m happy to conduct all the necessary interviews to capture a story, that’s my default, however, can also work with transcripts for clients who prefer to speak with their customers directly. I can provide a standard set of questions to help us gain unique insights and I’ll still interview you to understand your business and product’s goals for the framing of the story.
What deliverables do I receive?
Case studies include a full-length feature style article (typically ~1,500-2,000 words) including suggestions for pull quotes and call-out boxed items that can help further highlight your products. I can use your document templates to deliver on-brand brochure files and can adapt stories’ format to meet the needs of omnichannel campaigns. We’ll discuss your exact needs to ensure your story meets the needs of your audience.

What’s your experience?
After graduating from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), I started my career abroad. I worked in communications for the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany before supporting software and manufacturing technology companies grow their content strategies. I’ve spent over a decade marketing industrial manufacturing solutions, from lathes and 3D printers to metal powders and automation and messaging those products to a variety of sectors.
